Due to the large number of submitted applications requesting to know the conditions of membership in Peace and Friendship International Organization
for the positions of members and delegates around the world. In addition how to participate with us in our programs inside and outside the Kingdom of Denmark.
Our goal is to achieve flexibility in our work and great success and to a better local and international popularization of our programs around the world. Our programs are always announced via our international site and our social networking sites.
The Administration of Peace and friendship International Organization decided the following:
1. our humanitarian , charitable, cultural, artistic and voluntary work is divided to two equal phases of every New Year, where our local programs within the Kingdom of Denmark and the EU countries start in the beginning of each year from January to June .
2. our international, humanitarian charitable, voluntary and cultural festivals starts from July until December of each year around the world.
3. subscription and membership is open to everyone from every corner of the earth, we are all one family working for the wellbeing of the human family and spreading the spirit of cooperation among all nations.
4. who wants to nominate himself to be an international representative of the organization should send all needed documents below to the organization email with the dispatch of any humanitarian and charitable activities or any contributions to the civil society organizations attached with documents and pictures. Please note those we give them an official appointment as an official delegates of the organization or only administrators are those who get the international card for the organization and a formal designation from the Organization administration in Kingdom of Denmark
5. who will be nominated as delegate should support the organization work organize at least three humanitarian, charitable or cultural activities under name of the organization using its logo. After the date he /she submitted the application and no more than three years will be nominated a formal delegate exception only eminent figures in the community as well as activists who have previous and long experience in humanitarian and voluntary work around the world are excluded .
6. the administration will review all former members and delegates involved with us around the world to review the participation and interaction in our international, humanitarian , charitable and cultural off all former members and delegates of the organization and evaluate their work and commitment . in case we find that someone breached or violated the covenants and conditions of employment set forth he/ she will be warned or permanently expelled from the organization .The final decision is up to the organization administration .
7. Prominent delegates of the organization will be nominated at the end of every year, where they will be informed and officially honored for their leading role in voluntary, charitable , humanitarian and cultural work around the world.
